Description:
CAPACITY EXPANSION: CS800 M1 ENTERPRISE sub model can be expanded by adding external capacity expansions (CS800-EPCUG-HW-51 // CS800-EPCUG-51) - each providing 51TB net capacity. CS800-EPCUG-HW-51 is adding for SD base units another 2U shelf to the system, consuming another 2HU in the rack. Both order codes combined are equal to former CS800-EPCUG-102, now divided into a HW step and a License only step. Up to 18 external capacity expansions can be added (max capacity 1020TB, consuming 22HU in rack).
For HD configurations, CS800-EPCUG-HW-51 is adding only HDD packages for included HD-Shelf in the Base Unit with the equivalent licenses for 51TB. Each second step is also required as a License only step, so please use the same approach as for the SD sub model and replace former CS800-EPCUG-102 (Capacity extension with 102TB) with 1x CS800-EPCUG-HW-51 + 1x CS800-EPCUG-51.
ATTENTION: With the expansion from 510TB capacity to 561TB for HD base units, there will be a new HD shelf shipped consuming another 4HU in rack.
